How does it work?
Determine a threshold
Working with the ecosystem leadership, the system sets a threshhold of how many native tokens must be staked by each user
Confirmation across entire validator set
Cross-validator Staking threshhold can check for one unique wallet to meet the requirement (A single wallet staking across multiple validators can gain access to the dApp as long as they meet the total staking threshold )
Scan a list
ALTER enables a system to scan a list of each validators’ delegated staking wallets
