1 $ALTER = 1 vote whenever a proposal is given, users can vote for it with ALTER tokens. Proposals will pass with a simple majority of 50.1%. All $ALTER holders with more than 0.25% (100,000) of ALTER tokens can submit a proposal to the ALTER community: once a proposal is submitted, voting will be public the next day. Each proposal will have a voting period of 9 days.

Staking $ALTER gets additional shared rewards from our numerous validators across Cosmos ecosystem.

In the future ALTER will be accepting FIAT deposits, which will automatically be converted into $ALTER token which can then be used to purchase subscriptions. This will also be used for future features, and topping up your storage plan if needed. All of these can only be done with $ALTER token.
